During our hours of operation practitioners can be contacted on the same number for medical queries. If the doctor you wish to speak with is unavailable, our reception staff can take a message and arrange a convenient time for your call to be returned.
For online enquiries please email reception@fivestarmedical.com.au. Your satisfaction as a patient is essential to the continuing success of our practice. Should you have any problems or queries regarding your experience with Five Star Medical Centre you should feel free to communicate them to either medical or reception staff. If you have any concerns over your management at the Five Star Medical Centre please ask for the practice manager who will immediately act on any complaint. Other agencies to call if you are not satisfied include the AMA, NSW Medical Board and the Health Care Complaints Commission. |
